Punji now tells you the day an IPO opens for applications, and again on the last day to apply. Until now you had to find the issue yourself before you could ask to be reminded about it, which meant the reminder only reached people who were already looking. You can turn this off under Notifications in your profile.

Top Brokers now names the broker, not just its number, and the busiest stock shown for each one is the right one. That figure was being picked from a partial view of the day, so it could name a smaller position than the broker actually took.

Punji now tells you what changed. Every update is listed under Profile, so you can see what moved without going looking for it.

Your portfolio shows what your shares are actually worth, including the ones that have not traded yet today. Anything without a trade so far was being valued at what you paid for it, which made those holdings look flat no matter how the price had moved since. They now carry their most recent closing price, so your total and your gain are right from the moment the market opens.

You can see your holdings without scrolling. The chart at the top of Portfolio was tall enough to fill the whole screen on its own, so the list underneath started out of sight. It is now half the height and your first holdings are visible as soon as the screen opens.

Comments scroll while you are writing one. Opening the comment box used to lock the conversation in place, so you could not look back at what you were replying to. You can now scroll freely, and pulling down puts the keyboard away.

The AI summary has been removed from company pages. It was not telling you anything the numbers on the page were not already saying more precisely.

Comments read properly again. On some posts the date had slipped underneath the menu button; the name and the date now sit where you expect, names are never shortened, and dates from this year read as just the day and month.

The app gets going faster on a weak connection. It no longer waits on something it does not need yet before handing you the screen.

Punji stays responsive when you leave it and come back, instead of occasionally being killed off in the background.

Screening by Development Banks or Trading now returns results. Both sectors were coming back empty whatever filters you set, which quietly put more than a hundred listed companies out of reach of the screener. They are reachable again.

The Holdings and Transactions tabs on your portfolio use the standard control, so moving between them is quicker and easier to read.

Punctuation tidied across the Learn guides, in English and in Nepali.

Find out whether you were allotted on the day the result is published, not the day after. Punji now reads the official IPO result instead of waiting for MeroShare to catch up, and checks every MeroShare account you have saved. A result you have already seen opens instantly.

Applying for an IPO now uses the bank account your demat is actually registered against, and the confirmation screen names the account your money will leave before you commit. If you have more than one bank linked, this is the difference between the right account and whichever one happened to be listed first.

New Share Transfers screen. When you sell shares they still have to be released from your demat the same day, or the sale does not settle. Punji now shows you whether any of your accounts has something waiting, so a sale cannot quietly fail while you are not looking.

Opening a notification from your lock screen now clears it inside the app too. The bell no longer keeps a dot on something you have already read.

The portfolio screen has a cleaner top: your total and the numbers under it read first, and Holdings, Transactions and Insights now sit in a simple row of tabs.

The app answers your touch. Rows, filters, tabs and switches all give the same small tap feedback the rest of Punji already had.

Bringing your MeroShare portfolio into Punji is now free. Syncing your holdings no longer asks you to watch an ad, and adding accounts for the family is unrestricted.

Saving a change now always tells you it worked. Adding, editing or removing a holding, a watchlist stock or an alert confirms every time.

The SIP calculator is now a full compound interest projection. Set a starting amount and a regular investment (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) and watch a live chart show how your money could grow over the years.

A clearer picture of your returns: your projected earnings sit right up top in easy-to-read amounts, and you can drag along the growth chart to see your invested amount and balance at any year.

Read your charts like a serious investor. Stock charts now carry a full set of technical indicators, including moving averages, RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, Stochastic and ATR. Turn them on from the new indicators panel, fine-tune each one, or start from a one-tap preset like Basics, Momentum or Volatility.

Alerts that watch the signal, not just the price. Get notified when a stock's RSI crosses the level you choose, or when its price crosses a moving average, so you can act on the setup and not only the number.

Charts are far easier to read: every indicator line is now labelled, price and date scales show exactly where a stock has been, and the longer moving averages fill in properly even on shorter timeframes.

Learn now has step-by-step, in-app guides for the things people ask about most: adding a stock to your watchlist, tracking a holding, importing from MeroShare, checking IPO allotment and more. Each guide walks the real screens and shows what you will see at the end, in both English and Nepali.

Punji now handles a lost connection gracefully. A small banner tells you when you are offline, screens keep your latest data visible instead of spinning endlessly, and everything refreshes on its own the moment your connection returns.

Clearer feedback when something goes wrong: every screen now explains what happened in plain language, in both English and Nepali, with a simple way to retry. A connection problem is never mistaken for an empty portfolio or watchlist.

Pull down to refresh now works on every screen state, including when a screen is empty or showing an error.

Signing out is now a clean break: notifications for that account stop reaching the device, and on a shared phone one person's security preferences no longer carry over to another account.

Faster and steadier under the hood: the app stays responsive during service disruptions, and admin and moderation actions are more tightly protected and fully traceable.

A new Wealth tracker brings your whole net worth together in one place. Add cash, gold, property, vehicles and other assets alongside your NEPSE holdings, which stay updated with the live market.

Community gets richer: edit your posts after sharing, admins can pin an important post to the top, and a dedicated Announcements space keeps official updates easy to find.

Official announcements now surface right on your home tab, so you never miss important news from the Punji team.

Posting is clearer: choosing a topic for your post is now simpler and more obvious.

Stronger signup protection: temporary and disposable email addresses can no longer be used to create a Punji account, keeping the community genuine.
