NEPSE heat map
All of NEPSE,
in one glance.
In the app the heat map shows every sector on one screen, sized by market cap and coloured by today's move. Two seconds between opening it and knowing what is hot. Today's sector moves are below, live.

The NEPSE index, the day’s turnover, every sector move and the market-status line load in your browser.
Indices, turnover and sector sub-indices from published NEPSE data. Unofficial and may be delayed. This is not an official exchange feed. Sector tiles are equal-sized because NEPSE does not publish a market capitalisation per sector; the colour is the whole signal.
One read
The questions you used to answer by tapping through top movers, sector chips and indices now answer themselves on one screen. The colour is the answer.
What it gives you
One screen. One read. No scrolling.
Rotation, outliers, a morning habit, and something worth sending to your group.
Sector rotation in two seconds
Is hydro hot today? Are banks bleeding? Mutual funds quietly green? A glance answers what used to take three screens of scrolling.
Outliers pop
A small tile blazing red inside an otherwise green sector catches the eye. You find a stock you would never have thought to search for.
Built for the morning open
Professional traders open a heat map first thing each session. Punji puts that same habit in your pocket, on the way to work or over the first cup of tea.
Screenshot, share, done
The map captures cleanly with Punji branding in the header. Post it to your trading group and it reads in one second flat.
How it works
Three taps from overview to chart.
Open the map, read the colour, drill into the sector or stock you want.
Open the heat map
Tap Browse, then Markets, then Heat Map. It loads instantly. No setup, no filters to configure.
Read the colour
Bright lime is a strong gainer, bright red a strong loser, neutral grey roughly flat. Bigger tile, bigger sector. The whole market in one glance.
Drill where it matters
Tap a sector to see its stocks laid out the same way. Tap a stock to open its detail page. Three taps from the overview to the chart you actually want.
Yes. While NEPSE is open, the map refreshes on the same cadence as the rest of the live market data in the app. Outside session hours it shows the most recent closing snapshot, clearly labelled.
Colour runs from neutral grey to bright lime for gainers and bright red for losers. The intensity tracks today’s percentage change, capped at three percent so a single circuit-limit outlier doesn’t wash the whole screen one colour.
Tile size is proportional to a sector’s share of total market capitalisation across the actively traded universe. Heavyweight sectors take more space; lighter sectors get smaller tiles.
Yes. Tapping a sector tile opens a second heat map of just the stocks in that sector, sized by turnover. Tap a stock tile to jump straight to its detail page.
Of course. The header carries the date and Punji branding, so when the screenshot lands in a Telegram or Viber group, anyone who sees it knows where it came from.
The sector figures on this page are live, during and after market hours. The map itself (the sized, coloured tiles and the tap-to-drill-in flow) lives in the app, where that interaction makes sense. Free on iOS and Android.
